Romney to visit West Philadelphia charter school Thursday

Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney will be in Philadelphia Thursday.

He’s scheduled to appear at Universal Bluford Charter School in West Philadelphia, where most of the crowd is too young to vote.
Perhaps he’ll be talking about his new white paper, “A Chance for Every Child: Mitt Romney’s Plan for Restoring the Promise of American Education.”

It won’t be the candidate’s first stop in Philly. He’s been here a few times in the last year to campaign, and we can likely expect more visits, given Pennsylvania’s swing state status.
