Rocky visits council
WHYY’s Elizabeth Fiedler is back from this morning’s Philadelphia council session, which was mostly uninteresting…except for a surprise visit from ROCKY! He seems to have joined the tv and radio union and joined them in thanking council for passing a resolution supporting them.
