Right NEast/Wrong NEast: We are literally crying with laughter

Let’s cut right to the chase here: Action News got wind of an animal raid at Clark Street and Haldeman Avenue in Bustleton. And told people it happened in Juniata.

Cue the laughter.

We’re including a screenshot of the error, because judging by the comments on Action News’s site, someone’s going to get yelled at the article will be removed or corrected. We calculated the distance from Haldeman Avenue and Clark Street to Juniata Park to be just more than seven miles.

We’ll let the facts speak for themselves here.

Outside media don’t care about the Northeast. We have all seen them misuse, misspell and mistake our neighborhoods and our streets, so we at NEast Philly wanted to do something about it. When they get it wrong, we set it right in a segment we like to call Right NEast/Wrong NEast.
