The NLNA and the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program are inviting proposals for decorative and lighting improvements to the area beneath the Spring Garden El Stop/I-95 overpass near 2nd Street.

This is a key part of our ongoing “Spring Garden Greenway” project, which is working to improve the appearance, function, and safety of Spring Garden from 2nd down towards Delaware Ave.
