Report: No injuries when fire breaks out in Keansburg Amusement Park ride

    There were no injuries when a fire broke out in ride at the Keansburg Amusement Park in Keansburg this afternoon.

    The fire sparked in the Gravitron as repairs were underway on the ride, News 12 reported.

    According to a WNBC report, there were no injuries.

    Bystanders snapped photos of billowing smoke from the ride and shared on social media sites, including Alexis Seitz, who shot the photo above.

    The park remains open. 

    The extent of damage to the ride was not immediately known.
