Report: Area code 610 of Pennsylvania tops telemarketing complaints
Think your Pennsylvania area code is the worst for telemarketers, try living in the 610 area code portion of the state, where residents have reported more Do Not Call complaints with the Federal Trade Commission than any other state area code.
The Reading Eagle reports the 610 zone has made more Do Not Call complaints with the FTC than in any of the state’s eight other area codes since 2007.
According to the Reading Eagle, the 610 area code also has more numbers registered on the Do Not Call list than any other state region.
The rankings come from a recent FTC report.
