Rep Parker Hosts Senior Luncheon May 18

    State Rep. Cherelle Parker (D. 200th) will host the “Living Life to the Fullest” Senior Luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 18 at the West Oak Lane Senior Center, 7210 Ogontz Ave. Attendees will participate in one-on-one immunization and pharmaceutical screenings, healthy cooking demonstrations and learn to do easy chair exercises, as well as enjoy a free healthy lunch sponsored by Gateway Health Plan.

    “I encourage our seniors to join my staff and me for this informative and exciting luncheon,” said Parker. “In addition to learning important steps to improving your health and prolonging your life, seniors will have the opportunity to meet with pharmacists to discuss the various ways their prescriptions interact, and state medical services and programs.
