Rendell proposes tuition relief from video poker machines

    In Governor Rendell’s budget address he said he wants to fund tuition relief by legalizing and taxing video poker machines. The Governor says he wants to draw some financial benefit from the machines that are already illegally operating in bars and other businesses across the state.
