Red Cross will open Bucks County flood shelter Wednesday night

The Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania will be opening a shelter at William Penn Middle School in Morrisville at 7p.m. for people displaced by flooding, SEPA Red Cross Communication Director Dave Schrader says.

The chapter doesn’t anticipate a high turnout, but doors will be open for those affected by the continuing storms.
