Rapist sentencing
Jose Carrasquillo, who pleaded guilty to raping an 11 year old girl last year, will be sentenced later today. Prosecutors are expected to seek a life sentence for Carrasquillo, who was beaten by his Kensington neighbors before he was apprehended for the crime.
