Rabbi George Stern wins ‘Cookin with Who?’ showdown

Former Executive Director of Neighborhood Interfaith Movement (NIM) George Stern won the “Mt. Airy Platinum Spatula” for his Pot roast and potato latkes recipe at last night’s “Cookin’ with Who?” fundraising dinner in Mt. Airy. The money raised went to NIM, The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia (LTSP), and East Mt. Airy Neighbors (EMAN). While this was no Iron Chef the competition featured many of the neighbor’s biggest names in – community activism. Each community leader submitted a recipe and had a chef prepare it for a banquet meal at the LTSP’s Brossman Center. The competitors were:

Glenn Bergman (EMAN)

Aisha Brooks-Lytle (EMAN)

Jonna Naylor (EMAN)
