    Widowed, deceased husband John W. Rollins, has ten children. Rollins is member of various foundations and philanthropic organizations throughout the area, and with her husband built Rose Hall a resort in Jamaica.


    On the Issues:


    Rollins has emphasized that her main priority when it comes to the economy is to create jobs. She also has emphasized that restoring small businesses will provide the best engine for economic growth. When it comes to spending Rollins has outlined some specific steps she would take in order to curb spending and national deficit. They are freezing all discretionary spending, stopping earmarks for individual programs of members of Congress, and staying the course with programs like Medicaid and Social Security.


    Get back to the basics of education; let the teachers teach, and the schools take back control. The government should not impose programs on the school systems.
