“Chinatown” bus operator declared unsafe, suspended

    The federal government has shut down one of the “Chinatown” bus companies, citing numerous safety problems.

    According to CBSPhilly.com, Double Happyness Travel Incorporated, of Huntingdon Valley, was declared an imminent hazard by Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood on Dec. 27.

    The line provided service from Wilmington to New York City.
