Public access station alive and well despite Internet era
After years of watching YouTube, it might be hard to recognize quality video production. Assuming you still have a TV and you’re not just streaming everything from the web. But PhillyCAM is doing video and doing it well.
As Peter Crimmins reports, the public access station will take its efforts to a new location come summer, and add a control room, acoustic paneling and proper lighting gear to its collection of cameras, lights and other broadcast equipment.
