The Pennsylvania SPCA reports its humane law officers are on site right now removing animals from a home in Kensington.

So far, five dogs and 15 cats have been recovered from a home on the 2100-block of East Harold Street, and the number is expected to increase.

The homeowner, a woman in her 50s, is being taken into custody.
