Prospects for the Affordable Care Act

Though the Republican effort to repeal the entire Affordable Care Act was defeated Wednesday, a federal judge has ruled the law unconstitutional because of the individual mandate that requires people to purchase health insurance.

At 10 a.m. on Radio Times, host Marty Moss-Coane will talk to Congressional Quarterly Healthbeat’s Rebecca Adams, as well as Brannon Denning, associate professor of law at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.

They’ll talk about the prospects for the law, and focus on the commerce clause.

You can listen live on 91 FM.
