Philebrity’s popular Readers Cameraphone feature brought to light something a little suspicous around 25th and Brown streets. As the reader reports, a police officer knocked on neighbors’ doors informing them of impromptu parking restrictions on the block.
Turns out the no parking signs were placed up for a city offical’s Christmas party.
