Who’s making the big bucks in the Pottstown School District? Principals and special education workers.
The Mercury printed the list of top 10 salaries in the district based on information from the Pottstown Citizens for Responsible Government. Of the top earners, eight are principals. The top earner is the Director of Special Education, who will earn $118,995 this year and cost tax payers $7,300.
Principals also stand to get a raise over the next few years, pending a school board vote next week.
