Preparing for ever more likely flooding

    Almost four out of 10 Americans reside in coastal communities, and those coastlines are, to varying degrees, increasingly vulnerable to devastating flooding.

    Phyllis Cuttino, director of the Flood Prepared Communities project at the PEW Charitable Trusts, joins NewsWorks Tonight’s Dave Heller to discuss what homeowners can do to create flood-prepared communities.
