Posters show kids’ love for Center City

You’ve likely read plenty about why families love Center City. Today’s event at 19th and Walnut is going straight to the source.

The Center City District will announce the winners of its “What I Love About Being A Kid In Center City” poster contest.

One winner each from age groups 3 to 5, 6 to 8 and 9 to 12 will have their work displayed at bus shelters around Center City to help celebrate the CCD’s 20th anniversary.

Sixth-eight entries were submitted during the month-long contest, and posters were judged by art and advertising professionals.
