Poor planning

Camden’s chairmand of the Planning Board could lose his house becuase of delinquent property taxes. Rodney S. Sadler owes more than $3,000.

Sadler is $3,300 behind on his property, water and sewer taxes, which he’s got just a month to pay off. Lillian Zhang is reponsible for the chargers, with the investor brought against Sadler and his wife after she purchased a tax lien on the couple’s home in 2008. Zhang has been paying the back taxes herself, according to a Camden Courier-Post report.

If the Sadlers don’t respond to the filing or repay the back taxes by early January, they face foreclosure.
