Poll: Corbett’s approval rating down, still at 41 percent

A Quinnipiac University poll released yesterday finds Pa. Gov. Tom Corbett’s approval rating is down 4 percent from December.

Not a total shock, since he’s proposed budget cuts to education and several state services since then.

According to the Patriot-News, 41 percent of poll respondents approve of Corbett, and 41 percent disapprove. His advisers say they’re focused more on long-term perspectives, not poll-by-poll reviews.
