Police take down major drug ring in Camden
Despite a critical shortage of officers, Camden police this week helped take down a major drug ring in a multi-city, multi-agency raid that also includes the Camden prosecutor’s office, according to the Gloucester County Times.
Operation City Wide is a nine month investigation that has resulted in 15 arrests on drug and racketeering charges. Those arrested are accused of running a large drug ring that dealt crack, heroin, PCP, and marijuana in South Camden.
