Police seek man accused of harassment and indecent exposure in East Falls

The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in connection to several cases of harassment and indecent exposure in East Falls.

 

According to police, the suspect was involved in five separate incidents that occured the 3100 and 3200 blocks of School House Lane, which is in the vicinity of Philadelphia University.

The first incident occurred on Thursday, April 18 at 1 p.m, and four other incidents occurred on Wednesday, April 24 between noon and 1 p.m.

In each instance, police say the suspect approached 18 to 26 year-old female complainants and asked them inappropriate questions. In at least one incident, he exposed himself.

The suspect is described as a bald, white male, 40-50 years old, with a stocky build, brown/graying beard, and glasses. He was seen driving a green Jeep Liberty.

Anyone with information about these crimes is asked to call the PPD’s Special Victims Unit at 215-685-3251.
