Police say a man in a Santa suit has been killed after being struck by a vehicle in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 in Philadelphia.
According to ABC6, the accident happened around 10:25 p.m. Saturday along I-95 at I-676.
The victim, 24-year-old Adam Herr of Lebanon, Pa., was rushed by police to Hahnemann Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Officials say the driver, 27-year-old Augustine Bangura, was driving on a suspended license and failed to successfully complete a series of standardized field sobriety tests. He has been placed under arrest.
