Police investigate indecent assault near Philadelphia University

Philadelphia Police Special Victims Unit investigators are seeking a man accused of indecently assaulting a woman on the 3100 block of W. School House Lane on Tuesday afternoon.

 

 

The 20-year-old victim reported that she was walking on the block near Philadelphia University and William Penn Charter School around 3 p.m. There, “an unknown male on a bicycle indecently assaulted her as he rode past on a blue mountain bike,” according to an alert from the SVU.

The suspect is described as a clean-shaven black male in his late thirties with a buzz-cut hair style, medium complexion and build. He was wearing a black pull-over jacket and pants, according to police.
