The Philadelphia Police have arrested a man suspected in Thursday’s Center City bank robbery and bomb threat.
Paul Raffa, the 32-year-old suspect, is now in custody. According to NBC10, Raffa allegedly entered the PNC Bank at 1111 Market Street, with a bag and a note which indicated that he had a bomb.
The suspect fled the scene with over $3,000 in cash.
Police later discovered that the bag contained nothing more than a water bottle.
