A Port Penn, Del., man has been arrested for raping his girlfriend’s 8-year-old daughter.
As Shirley Min reports for WHYY, Delaware State Police arrested 23-year-old Joshua Jones yesterday after he fled his girlfriend’s home when she confronted him about videos he’d recorded of the acts.
