The top twelve Poetry Out Loud finalists will compete in the state finals tonight in Smyrna.Twelve high school students will vie for the title of state champ and a chance to represent Delaware in the national finals in Washington, DC in April. The competition will start at 7 p.m. at the Smyrna Opera House.
