Nice weather is here for today and tomorrow, but it will be unsettled Thursday through Friday. Weekend conditions are uncertain.
High pressure is currently building in the area, lasting until tomorrow. Sun and clouds and breezy both days, with highs around 70 and winds out of the northeast.
Thursday and Friday will be unsettled. Highs in the mid to upper 60s. Breezy. It will almost certainly be overcast, but precipitation is dependent on where a weak low pressure system moves. While high pressure will build in to the north for the weekend, conditions may improve, however the continuing onshore flow could keep the coast cool and damp. The jury’s still out.
Due to a persistent northeast wind, minor tidal flooding and beach erosion is possible through the weekend, according to a Hazardous Weather Outlook issued by the National Weather Service.
