Plaque dedication set for fallen Philadelphia firefighter Wednesday

A plaque dedication for fallen firefighter Tracey Champion is scheduled to begin tomorrow at 11 a.m. at 63rd and Lancaster Avenue.

Champion was killed in the line of duty on January 28, 2006, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.

Police say the dedication may cause traffic delays at times in the area.

Police officers will be assigned to the event.
