Philly outdoor feeding report due, teachers prepare for new school year

    Good morning, Feeders!

Tom MacDonald is awaiting the report on Philadelphia’s outdoor feeding ban. We’ll find out what it says about the city’s move to ban the feeding of homeless people on the Ben Franklin Parkway.
Taunya English will talk to officials at New Jersey’s Department of Environmental Protection, which is providing training on hazardous waste removal to assist emergency responders who have to enter abandoned properties.

Peter Crimmins will have the story on a temporary mural site in Center City, while Emma Jacobs gets ready for back-to-school season with a Philadelphia teacher.

And Lizz Fiedler is working on a story about legislation in Pennsylvania that would crack down on people who impersonate others on the internet.
