Philly budget hearing opens for public comment, shad in the spotlight on the Schuylkill

    Peter Crimmins will have the details on a local business owner’s tribute to Martin Delaney. A 10-day event will honor the abolitionist in Philadelphia.

    Lizz Fiedler is catching up with Rutgers University donors to discuss what the future of alumni giving looks like for the university as it prepares for a merger with Rowan.

    And Carolyn Beeler will head toward the Schuylkill River with Emma Lee to check out a fish ladder during a popular week for the city’s shad.
