Philadelphia’s Zoning Code reform will have to wait for Fall

    Yesterday’s Zoning Code Commission hearing with Philadelphia City Council came just a blip on the city’s radar as the war over the soda tax raged on. So what happened?

    Nothing much. After two-and-a-half hours of testimony, Council decided to revisit its look at the proposed zoning code changes until the Fall.
