Philadelphia’s Dell to be renamed, Pennsylvania prepares for texting-while-driving ban

    Philadelphia’s Robin Hood Dell is getting a new name, but just what that name will be is unclear. City Council will meet today to discuss it, and Tom MacDonald will have the story.
