Philadelphia Youth Regatta brings Sat. detours to Kelly Drive

Police have announced that Kelly Drive traffic will be detoured on Saturday as the Philadelphia Youth Regatta takes to the Schuylkill River.
From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, driving will be restricted between the Strawberry Mansion Bridge and Fountain Green Drive.
Details of the detours are as follows:
Southbound Kelly Drive traffic will be detoured up the Strawberry Mansion ramp to Fountain Green Drive, via Reservoir Drive.
Northbound Kelly Drive traffic will be detoured up Foumtain Green Drive, along the same route.
