A 20-year-old woman died while attending the Firefly music festival in Dover over the weekend.
A 20-year-old woman died while attending the Firefly music festival in Dover over the weekend.
Caroline Friedman of Philadelphia was found unresponsive about 6:30 Sunday morning at one of the camping lots used for the event at Dover International Speedway, according to Dover police.
She was treated by medical staff and transported to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 6:55 a.m.
Police say the cause of Friedman’s death is unknown, but is not the result of foul play. The results of an autopsy and toxicology tests are pending.
