Philadelphia ranks 9 among best cities for trick-or-treating

Grab your pillow case and a mask and get yourself to Northwest Philadelphia. According to real estate blog Zillow.com, Philadelphia is the 9th best city in the country to go trick-or-treating, and the five best neighborhoods in the city are Chestnut Hill, Manayunk, Mount Airy, South Philly and Fox Chase.

Jack Skellington would be so proud.

The blog has ranked the 20 cities in the country that provide the most candy with the least about of walking and safety risks.

Better ask your kids about the part about the candy, though. The stats are actually based on measures of median home value, walkability, population density and crime.
