Philadelphia parking fare increase begins today

    Save your quarters; parking meters and kiosks in parts of Philadelphia will raise their prices today.

    In order to help the School District of Philadelphia, parking in Center City and University City is going up 50 cents. NBC10 reports it’ll cost $2.50 an hour to park around Center City, and $2 per hour in University City.
