Philadelphia now on Hurricane Warning

    As parts of Delaware and South Jersey evacuate, Philadelphia looks to have a mostly sunny, humid day.

    But don’t let the white clouds fool you; a Hurricane Warning has been issued for the city.

    Here’s what the National Weather Service says about our area: As of this morning, the chance for hurricane conditions is less than or equal to 14 percent, but the chance for tropical storm conditions is up to 82 percent.
