Philadelphia cab service less than efficient

    The tales of Philadelphia taxi horrors in this month’s issue of Philadelphia magazine are, evidently, not the only ones. Philly Post-er Janine White recalls her lousy cab experience with two companies — on her wedding day.
    Confused drivers, rude call centers and slow service are among White’s complaints — and if the feature story in the magazine isn’t leading us on —  not something riders should expect.
