Clouds will build later today, leading to periods of heavy rain early tomorrow, forecasters say.

An increase in the southerly flow that is delivering mild temperatures today will bring even more warm, moist, and breezy conditions into the area, according to the National Weather Service.

Rain chances will increase from the southwest to the northeast during the evening hours, peaking overnight and decreasing throughout the day tomorrow.

Precipitation will be heavy at times, and thunder is possible in southern areas.
