Pennsylvania transit bill on strikes makes waves

Philly.com reports that a provision in the legislation that was prompted by last year’s SEPTA’s strike has upset  labor unions. The provision would require labor union workers to provide a three-days notice prior to any work stoppage. Labor unions opposed, arguing this would violate their rights.
