Penn offers fall-back study abroad programs for students planning to travel to Egypt

While the University of Pennsylvania typically allows students to file for only one study abroad program at a time, the university is altering its policy in light of the unrest in Egypt.
Students planning to study in Egypt will be allowed to apply to a back-up program somewhere else. As the Daily Pennsylvania reports, countries with travel restrictions are usually axed from the study abroad list, and is encouraging students looking for an experience in the Middle East to travel to Morocco.

Penn does not currently have students studying in Egypt.
