PA couple sues gas driller
A western Pennsylvania couple has filed a lawsuit against Pittsburgh based T&F Exploration L.P., according to a story published in the Johnstown Tribune-Democrat.
StateImpact is also looking into the story. Susan Phillips of StateImpact reports The couple’s problems began in December, 2009 after a well was drilled more than 2,500 feet from their property.
According to the report, The Environmental Law Clinic at the University of Pittsburgh is representing the couple.
