Pa. bill would permit 14-hour happy hours

    Imagine the free chicken wings!

A bill that would permit Pennsylvania bars to hold happy hours lasting 14 hours has cleared committee and is headed to the House.

A Dauphin County Republican, John Payne, is the bill’s author.

The catch, reports the Philadelphia Business Journal, is that the total number of happy-hour hours would still be capped at 14 per week.
