Outstanding young volunteers receive a tribute tonight in Dover
Governor Jack Markell tonight will salute the efforts of 19 young volunteers as he presents the Outstanding Youth Volunteer Awards.
Their efforts included assisting at local food banks, serving as mentors to other young people, and other actions benefiting the community. The event is being held at Dover Downs Hotel and Casino.
