Old vs new

ACTION United will release a study tomorrow that it says shows inequities in the distribution of experienced teachers in the School District of Philadelphia.

The organization says the study finds fault with the district because schools with a high number of lower-income students have fewer experienced teachers, and therefore, aren’t getting an adequate education.
