Nutter to sign executive order on ethical conduct
Mayor Michael Nutter today will sign an executive order on ethical conduct for city employees. Joan Markman, Chief Integrity Officer; and Amy Kurland, Inspector General; will also be on hand for the 1:15 p.m. signing.
The four executive orders will prohibit nepotism, acceptance of gifts and sexual harassment by executive branch city employees, and regulate outside employment of executive branch city employees.
