Nutter talks State of the City, changes afoot for HIV organ donations

    Morning, Feeders! The Department of Licenses & Inspections, City Planning Commission, Zoning Board of Adjustment and Historical Commission face City Council today for budget hearings. At noon, Nutter will deliver his State of the City address.

    Carolyn Beeler is looking into recommendations to the CDC that would allow for organ donations among HIV positive patients. Carolyn will examine how this could affect the wait time for HIV positive patients hoping for an organ.
